1st April 2013
I have been to the Library borrowed a couple of books. Truly wondering if I should have two lists "Fiction and Non-fiction". The problem with this is my non-fiction section would be huge as I am always buying new books and some of them I don't read from beginning to end as I use for reference purposes. Ok it is settled I will only list fiction, But of course that will not hold.
Started to add to the book list-
10.Stephanie Woodfield Celtic Lore and spellcraft of the Dark Goddess Rated A
This book is great. Stephanie Woodfield has written with passion and her passages ooze this when you are reading. I love this book.
9. Juliet Marillier The Dark Mirror (Bridei Chronicles) Rated B
I loved this story- I have only given it a B as I will wait until I have read the whole series. The background use of the Druid beliefs for me made it more autic. Also name use of places that extist was also contributing the autistiy. The childrens struggle to follow the path while elders were trying to dicate their path great.
8. Juliet Marillier Heir to Sevenwaters Rated B
This is the 4th book in a series of 6. I did find it was not nesscary to read the previous 3 books. I will be going backwards to read the other books as it will give the background of characters in this book. I liked the charcter building of our main personalities and it didnt get messy with romance even though a hint was there throughout the story. Looking forwarded to reading more of Juliet Marillier.
7. Stephen King 11.22.63 Rated B
Wow I hvent read Stephen King for ages- Horror hero in my twenties. This book is not what remember his books formula was, it is yes fantsy science fiction- time travel. Loved the book, I did feel it could have dealt with the aftermath a little longer, and the hero's lack of wanting to research on the internet- I didnt get.Overall will be looking at a few Stephen King Books.
6. JK Rowlings Casual Vacancy Rated C
JK Rowlings has written an interesting story but it wasn't till the story really got going that I could get into it. Far too many characters, I don't know if I would race out and get another book written by JK which is sad as I thought she got better as the HP series went on.
5. Julie Loar Goddesses for Every Day Rated A
I like this book as it includes 356 goddesses from around the world. Yes I like books if they don't cross paths but this book isn't aimed at one path. Southern Hemisphere can use without changing the dates.
4. Kate West The REAL WITCHES YEAR Rated B
Yes I use daily to create my diary entry and yes I have refer to it often, but its too simple and that why its easy to use. I would have liked it to follow one Pantheon. I had to change the dates to suit the southern hemisphere.
3. Dadhichi libra 2013
This is part of the collection of books I use everyday and I have read from the front cover to the back cover. I am going to state that yes it is an astrology book and yes I do have it in mind for the day but I would not base a major decision on the a statement from this book. I suppose you could call it my backup.

2. LM Montgomery Anne of Green Gables Rated A+
This book will always be in my heart and I will reread at least twice a year. I turn to it if I am having a bad moment overall or feeling like shit which happened last Friday. I will never lend this book I have my original copy given to me when I was 11 yrs old. Friday I read it on the Ipad as I have e-version.
1. Deborah Harkness Shadow of Night Rating- B
Overall not a bad read, you cant fault her research as it is very obviously well researched. I'm thinking that I hope Book Three doesn't take too long to appear.
So I have copied this from Book Dragon's Lair So I can rate all my books-
Ratings
A+ Keeper! Tell your friends but don't let it leave your house
A Great Book - Maybe share it, after putting a tracking device on it
B Loved it - Share with your friends and hope you get it back
C Good Book - hand off to a friend
D Just ok - give to thrift store or library sale
F Really? - Can I have my time back?
unfinished - not feeling it right now, may try again later
DNF– couldn’t finish
FYI: I enjoy re-reading my books so take that into consideration when I say not to keep it.
Next I will need to go to the Library.
